i had a fantastic stay at new brooklyn. the location is perfect, just a short walk to harry ramsden's fish restaurant and right on the promenade. the cleanliness was top-notch, and i appreciated the quietness despite being on a busy road. the highlight for me was the excellent breakfast, truly delicious!

the new brooklyn hotel was a great find! super clean rooms with comfy beds n a nice sea view! the bar prices were so low, i was surprised. breakfast was fab n had lots of choices, like a proper full english. also, the owner simon was really chill and helpful, made us feel at home.
just wished the bathrooms were a bit bigger n it got a lil noisy at night with people outside.

Cozy & Clean Stay
Had a lovely time staying here for 2 nights with my mom and sis. Rooms are on the smaller side but super clean. The breakfast was delish, and we enjoyed hanging out in the bar area over average-priced drinks. Simon, the owner, was super friendly and even sent back my mom's forgotten stuff. Just wish the sandwiches at tea could've been better!

Just returned from a fantastic break with friends! We enjoyed a great stay in a family room with wonderful sea views. The breakfast was top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Be sure to check out the local casino for some evening fun. The staff were friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend it for any group getaway!
Our stay was really good, but the bar area could get quite busy during peak times, which made it a bit challenging to get drinks quickly.

Rooms could benefit from better temperature control options, especially during warmer months!!! Daily housekeeping could improve, as not every room received clean towels consistently!!! parking fees were a surprise that could be communicated more clearly!!!
